We are a small group of loyal club members who through our efforts administer and raise funds to enable the club to improve both on and off the field.

Sponsorship packages available

We offer a wide range of sponsorship packages that can be tailor made to suit the individual or company requirements.

Match Day Sponsorship

Newtown 1st XV have 10 home games in the National League Division 4 North. We would like you to consider sponsoring one of these games.

For a sponsorship of £150 you get:

• Bring up to 4 guests to the club on day you sponsor
• Enjoy our hospitality before and after the game
• Have your photograph taken with club officials and man of match.
• Choose and present man of match award
• Have 1 page advert in the match day programme
• Free match programme for each guest
• Entry to draw for Wales (home) 6 nation tickets
• Receive invite to hugely successful Presidents Day

Match Ball Sponsorship

For a sponsorship of £50 you get:

• Bring up to 2 guests to the club on the day you sponsor.
• Enjoy our hospitality before and after the game
• Have your photograph taken with club skipper
• Have ½ page advert in the match day programme
• Free match programme for each guest
• Entry to draw for 6 Nations tickets for Wales home fixtures
• Receive invite to our hugely successful Presidents Day

Match & Match Ball Sponsorship

For a sponsorship of £250 you get:

• Bring up to 8 guests to the club on day you sponsor
• Enjoy our hospitality before and after the game
• Have your photograph taken with club officials and man of match.
• Choose and present man of match award
• Have 1 page advert in the match day programme
• Entry to draw for home 6 nation tickets
• Receive invite to our hugely successful Presidents Day
• Free match programme for each guest.

Program Advertising

Newtown R.F.C produces a program bi-annually. It contains advertisements for local businesses & information about Newtown R.F.C. We are one of the only clubs in Division 4 to produce a program and it is seen by our visitors and spectators from all over North Wales.

Each advertisement costs £50 per season and this is based on a two season contract.

Ground Advertising

Newtown RFC prides itself on one of the best kept grounds in the league. It is managed by Rob, Daz and Bomas and they spend a lot of time and hard work maintaining it. This season we are in a position to be able to offer pitch board advertising.

The boards are placed around the pitch and what better way of advertising your business. Each board costs just £50 per season to display and the advertiser provides their own board.

Kit Sponsorship

Newtown RFC now run nine teams in total, across the various age groups, with each team requiring a set of playing shirts.

Each strip will last a senior team two years, and a junior team three years.

This provides great exposure across Mid and North Wales, as well as over the border into Shropshire. Not only that, but photos of our teams are regularly featured in The County Times.

Advertise your business by providing a team kit for one of these sides and enjoy the other benefits of becoming a sponsor of Newtown RFC.

Away Travel Sponsorship

Why not join us on our away trips to North Wales. It is free to come along on the coach with us and you can support the boys away from home. The coach leaves from Back Lane car park and weekly arrangements can be found on our Latest News page.

Coach Travel to transport our 1st XV and our Youth teams to away matches is the major expense to the club each season with over £7,000 being spent per year.

Would you be interested in sponsoring an away trip? Each trip to North Wales costs approx £250 per match.
